That you should visit your doctor. Really, maybe you have heartburn that your belches relieve. Maybe your esophagus is pushing something against your heart. It probably isn't too difficult to solve and if you find out quickly, should be able to prevent it from turning serious.

Often it is from eating too much or eating food that is greasy and hard to digest. You're making your stomach work too hard. Try eating smaller meals (take the leftovers home for lunch).

Probably means you have a lot of gas....my dad had heart problems for most of his life.....and many times he had to be rushed to the hospital complaining of chest pains that turned out to be gas....not to say there's no seriousness to it because its not always going to be gas....but its very possible....good luck :o)
