I know....I know...put it in a cooking pot, add some seasoning, lemon juice, a bit of salt, may be a little hot sauce if you like it spicy, and let it marinate for a little while. Once it as been marinating for a few minutes, put it on a hot grill and cook it well. Make sure you turn it frequently so that it'll cook evenly and to prevent it from curving to one side and that it's thoroughly cooked before removing it from the grill. Then sit down with a cold beer and enjoy!
Now, if his balls fall off, let us know and I’ll give you a great recipe for a “balls salad” that goes great with the main dish.
