I don't know about vitamins, but proteins and glucose are both present. The sperm itself are made of proteins and the seman contains simple sugars to help the sperm be motile and gove them a little nutrients for the journey to the egg.

It has a little, but generally it's not enough to be worth anything.

It contains mainly fluids to increase mobility of sperms and injection at force.Except some vitamins,in main content may be protein.

It depends how fresh it is. After a week or two the vitamins break down and it starts to taste foul.

yes it does! along with vitamin C (i think there are others as well) it also has a lot of protein

Actually it is just as healthy for your body as it is for sperm.
