You have proved to me and the rest of the world that not everyone is meant to be a stick! You have proved that some are meant to be naturally thin, while others fight to be that way for life! Wow, I wish I had your problem. I'd gain weight from eating a tooth pick! I know a few people like this, and they eat all the high caloric foods, and still don't gain weight. It's just your genetics, and for all the doctors out there telling people what there ideal weight should be...simply go to HELL! Not everyone was meant to be thin! Yes I said it! So you need to accept the way you are and embrace your thin body! Thin is glorified anyway so you should be kind of proud, but if you are not take a good, long look at yourself! If you are comparing yourself to someone else...you can forget it you'll never be like them! Just like most of us won't ever wear a size 0! Just be you, and be damn happy!

I don't know that you consider this a supplement, but you could always have a protein shake at every meal. That's how a lot of bodybuilders (non-steroid users) bulk up.
Just like losing weight, any significant loss or gain should be monitored by a physician. Sometimes the process can become dangerous, even if you feel fine.
Be careful and good luck!

Protein protein protein! Exercise(pushing yourself beyond your weight limit for longer than you can go), lot's of water and protein.
It takes-get this-45,000 calories to make 1 pound of muscle. So you must eat more, being careful not to take in any unsaturated fat and cholestorol.
Also, you'll need to start a high-intensity workout regime about 3 times a week. Building muscle takes much more energy, time, and fuel, than burning fat. You need to consume nearly 1600 EXTRA calories a day at nearly 180 grams of fat, and your month total should come to about 47,000 calories. With the 3 times a week high-intensity work out, you'll be sucking about 3200 calories a day out of your gut. Also, you'll need to take in alot of fruit to balance the sugar loss, without taking in sucrose. It is essential that you get the required fructose and glucose. Fructose for energy, glucose to keep your muscle cells alive, so you don't lose it or create to much creatinine.(not creatine)
P.S. There's nothing wrong with taking in plenty of manufactured protein like Joe Weider's. As long as it is purely protein and no energy supplements.

Try going to a heath food store and getting the weight gain powder.
If you are a male start doing weights.. My brother was so skinny it was gross, but he started to lift weights and man he is really big now.
Girls: Eat faty/sugar food, but also do veggies to help keep you healthy.

it's really hard to find anything that works -- i've tried. don't try any of the GMC brand stuff -- it's expensive and doen't work. have you tried icecream? lots of icecream. but unless you're skinny to the point you're unhealthy then don't worry about it.
also if you lie down or rest after you eat you'll gain weight. try not to move around a lot after you eat.

I usually suggest eating 1 or 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every night just before you go to sleep.....it has worked for me in the past when it came to weight lifting when i was in high school......peanut butter has protein....and jelly has sugars in it.....if that doesnt put on pounds i dont know what will....

All I did was go to Pub and have a Chinese meal afterwards. Do this for a week or two and you will definitely put on weight.
