After a man ejaculates there is some semen left in the urethra. When the penis goes soft some of that semen oozes out the end and then it drys. When you go to pee a couple of hours later your urine stream will come out in different directions rather than straight ahead and in some cases it my have dryed so hard that at first no urine will come out. Solution. when you have finished ejaculating, milk the penis to get out the left over semen and then urinate right away.

Simply wash your penis with warm soapy water.

I'd imagine all of your urine would back up into your body and you could die from toxic waste entering your blood stream...go see a doctor pronto
