I am not a heavy smoker but I want to know if there is a number of cigaretts which I can smoke daily without affecting my health?

No cigarette is safe to smoke! If you don't want to damage ur health the best thing is to quit. U are already 1/2 way there if u r not a heavy smoker.

I heard that smoking like 4 cigatettes a day is just just as harmful as smoking a half a pack.

no matter if u smoke one or two it will still affect ur health. i quit smoking for 3 months it is hard but once in a while i do pick one up take one puff and it taste nasty so i dont smoke anymore at all

No. Even second hand smoke is damaging. There is no such thing as a non-damaging cigarette.

You need to stop smoking to be healthy.

same as previous answer - none. even secondhand smoke is dangerous.

however, you might want to research how long it will take for the damage you've already suffered, to stop, diminish, or even be undone.
