Video & Online Games - December 2007

I've been thinking about getting the game Guild Wars, but I'm not too sure. Is it really that good? Do you need a computer with high specs for it to run well? Does it lag easily? How many people are usually on, and how good is the customization in the game? Any help would be great.

is it true that metal gear solid 4 will also come out for xbox 360 and halo 3 will come out for ps3?
my friends said so but i don't believe them. also, i have a ps3, my friends have the 360 so if mgs4 only comes out for ps3, they will be devastated.
just that with mgs4, you get some of metal gear online and i don't think they will do this on the xbox 360

This new game from EA known as "Dead Space" looks phenominal. Ever since I saw the trailer I just can't stop thinking about that same feeling. If you've ever played Shadow of the Colossus, then you know what I'm talking about. Every aspect of "Dead Space" has that," no hope, all is lost, last man left" mentality. That whole concept is really gripping. I want to know what you people thought of the trailer and if it will be the resurection of great EA titles. Tell me your opinions.

I'm a 55 undead warlock with 270/300 first aid. The best bandage I can make is the basic mageweave bandage. I presume there's a better mageweave bandage, and I'm starting to get runecloth, and I presume there's also a runecloth bandage.

So my question is: where should I go to get these recipes?

i played guitar hero at a friends' house and loved it. i want to be able to play it anytime but i cant spend hundreds of dollars. i dont have any gaming consoles but i could buy an old one if it is cheap! do they make guitar hero for the PC? or can i play it online? or what would be the cheapest console to play it on?

My son is a mature and intelligent 8 yo. He likes dinosaurs, monsters, dragons (things of that nature), Star Wars, shooting type games.
What Gamecube games can you recommend that I can get him for Christmas?

Also, is Resident Evil too difficult for that age? (He loves scary movies, I think he'd love it.)
