No, yet there is approximately 6 different gta video games for the ps2 alongside with san andreas and liberty city thoughts. (Gta 4 is for the 360, yet once you like the recent upload-on the lost and Damned solely for the 360.)

Grand Theft Auto IV is available March 4th, 2008 on the X-Box 360 and the Playstation 3, and will be available on PC at a later date not yet slated.

Grand Theft Auto 4 will only be on the PS3 and Xbox 360. I'm not sure about a PC version.
I've already pre-ordered the Special Edition

Well i have been told it will be released on the PS2, but i dont think so, they had to delay the release because they are having trouble fitting the game to a blue-ray disc for the PS3, even though GTA 4 was orginally planned to only be released for the Xbox 360...

no. only ps3 and xbox 360 eventually.
the graphics are immense and will be lost on the ps2 so they arent gonna release it for it.
