i wont mind pay a fee if its just under 20$

and also if anyone knows a game like zelda were you run around

but instead of clicking on a monster you hit a button and you swing(thats why i dont like wow and guild wars)

Tales Of Pirates/Pirate King Online

Free and you get pirate ships.

I still think that WoW and Guild Wars completely trounce it though.

Another obvious one would be Anarchy Online.

Just a short list of others...
Shaiya Online (Beta)
Dream of Mirror Online (Beta maybe)
Knight Online
Gunbound
Fiesta Online
Two Moons
Last Chaos
Rappelz

If you're willing to buy/pay then you could also check out Auto Assault for something different or Hellgate: London is also pretty cool minus the glitches.

IN RESPONSE TO YOUR ADDED DETAILS:
I feel you on the not liking to just click things. Hellgate: London is going to run you full price ($50) but online play is free. It's a first person shooter/MMORPG hybrid so you will be actively shooting and fighting enemies. So far I've thoroughly enjoyed the game but it does have its fair share of glitches.

Auto Assault is made by the same people as Guild Wars and it's basically like the movie Mad Max only it's an online RPG. It does have a monthly fee but you could most likely try it out for free. I think it's a really fun game but there aren't a whole lot of people that play it anymore. There's still enough to be fun, but there aren't tons.

Gunbound is a quirky little online game that's also active. You basically control a little tank and blast other people for points which you spend on gear. The game has in the past few years gone downhill because they've made it so that people can buy things with cash so there's a lot of spoiled brats geared to the teeth and it sucks to play against them.

Knight Online is supposedly active but I've never played it personally.
