Video & Online Games - December 2007

I'm building an arcade machine and need a bit of help. In MAME, when I try to play a game like, Metal Slug 1 (Super Vehicle), I get a message saying that I am missing one or more chips (I forget which kind). Is it referring to the actual game, or my hardware? And once you answer that, can you tell me how to fix it?

I'm newish to Habbo and I can't stand not having anything in my room. It makes me sad seeing everyone's super cool room and me not having anything. Also, I wanted to get my Friend Anne I habbo gift, but money's tight.

I am a pretty hard core gamer. I don't even buy video games with a greatest hits label. Anyway... my boyfriend isn't big into games much, but still plays Halo. Sometimes he hates that I know more about games them him... esp. when he was trying to get a job at gamestop. What do you guys think of chicks who are gamers?

Also, I am a pretty girl gamer :D I am not one of those lazy... don't keep neat gamers. And I do like Final Fantasy and sukideon... almost all RPGs I like

They were virtually the same until the Alpha series, really, although I believe some like to disagree. Was it because Capcom wanted characters that would appeal to both Asian and Western markets? That's the only reason I could see for that.

I think a lot of the old school NES games were super hard, then again maybe it was because I was only 8 - 10 years old...

I vote for TMNT for the Nintendo Entertainment System. I still can't beat that dang game!

In Liberty and Vice City, you can use the control pad for driving, which I think is a better control device when it comes to driving. San Andreas you have to use the joystick, which do you prefer?

im trying to find out the name of a computer game that i played a long time ago. it consisted of. where you have a yellow screen. you had jewels that were different colors and shapes. they were arranged in rows. and the object of the game was that you clicked on one jewel and then click on another of the same jewel and when you did this a blue line will show up connecting them and then you clicked on some other button and it will erase those jewels. you were suppose to do this until you cleared the screen(if you had a longer connecting line of jewels the more points you will get). there was various levels. i think it was called lynx or links something like this. but i cant really remember. i do remeber that it had an egyptian theme.

I have had a 360 since its lauch and I have had to send it in to get fixed 3 times already. It is my understanding that the ones for sale now shouldn't have the overheating problem that the launch ones did due to a new motherboard. I have the money to get any of the 3 out there and my question is are the internal hardware componets all the same now or is the Elite more that just a 120 gig hard drive?

I it true that you can no longr purchase a 60GB PS3? Some mentioned this to me, I already own one which i bought just after release but aparently Sony now only do the 40GB ones. When looking on the usual websites game station and Game etc I can only find bundles for 40GB.
