Which language are you talking about?
The language in which the game is registered? I don't think you can. If you registered your game as, say, French, and you need it to be registered as English, it might not let you change it.
If you're talking about the language in which the sims' themselves speak, Simlish, you can't change that either. That's their language. They only know Simlish. You just have to guess at what they're saying by their actions and the thought bubbles.

I have Vista and there is not any obstacle whatever so it is probably a brand new photos card is so as. Even if it is the such a lot updated card round it is no well until it fits the specified spec. for the sport. Happy gambling!

you decide what language you want when you install it.
souninstal it then reinstall choosing the language you want
