My 5 yr old said he wants this toy for Xmas. He said it's a car or truck. You pick it up, shake it, set it down and it goes on it's own. He said he saw it in a commercial, but I have yet to see this commercial. I'm guessing it's very new this year.

I get freaked out whenever toys (especially those with human features) appear in horror shows.

And I believe I am not the only one with this fear...

I have a 2 1/2 year old son and a 1 1/2 year old daughter. My son loves to play with tractors, truck, motorcycles, etc. etc. (Boy stuff). Well, my daughter loves to play with him. Should I buy her the trucks and tractors for Christmas or should I go for the girley stuff? She carries babies only once in a while.

I still got a loft full of original toys from the late 70's and 80's. Like loads of he-man including castle Greyskull and loads of star wars including millenium falcon etc. Plus loads of Transformers. I know theres a big market for star wars but what about the others? Does anyone know a site where i can compare prices for these toys? Or are they worthless?

Okay, I already asked about how toys aimed at young females are superficial. Now another question: Ever notice that there is a racial bias in the commercials. There is usually an ethnic version of barbie, bratz, and other dolls. Now why is it only the white blond one is advertised on television while the other ethnic ones are only showed at the end? Just thought I'd point it out and ask :D.
