I still got a loft full of original toys from the late 70's and 80's. Like loads of he-man including castle Greyskull and loads of star wars including millenium falcon etc. Plus loads of Transformers. I know theres a big market for star wars but what about the others? Does anyone know a site where i can compare prices for these toys? Or are they worthless?

Look on EBAY, that should give you a good idea of what people are willing to pay for the toys you have

Ebay is a good start. You can also go down to your local 'Forbidden Planet' shop. They have new and used stuff like that, esp star wars

E-Bay. I made $100 off the sale of just TWO Transformers a few years ago. You just might be sitting on a gold mine!

does anyone remember "Creepy Crawlers" Mattel's "Time Machine" "Flashy Flickers" (a gun that projected comic strip's on the wall), "Battling Tops", "Tip It", "Pie in the face", Kenner's "U fly it" "Hot Wheels "Sizzlers" (worlds fastest electric cars), and my favorite, a Helicopter flight model called the "Verti- Bird", God I miss Christmas as a child, WE HAD REALLY COOL TOYS ! REMEMBER WHEN SANTA LEFT ALL THAT STUFF THAT YOU WENT SLIDING INTO, LIKE "Lou Gerrig" sliding into home base, as soon as we awoke and saw it !

How can they be worthless....these are your memories...if you are truly wanting to sell em then i would suggest you go to your local auction house and ask advice there...dont sell as one lot though...you will lose money that way....or try searching for answers on www.bbc.co.uk/lifestyle

Check out what they are selling for on ebay. It's usually a good indicator.
