Buy a "Mould a Willy Kit" on-line, it comes with the motor etc to do a life-size, lifelike one! If you want to make one of your own, then the motor, is a standard one you can purchase from any model shop. The thing that makes it vibrate, is the off centre (eccentric) weight (a weight with the point of rotation to one side)
You then need a candle mould and some latex. You can buy dies to add to the latex compound to make it any colour!

maybe you should ER on the side of safety
not being one to spoil your fun
but buy a small cheap one work out
how it works on the safe side then go into mass production
and make you fortune

here are my instructions...
take some C-4 plastic esplosives and pack them into a toilet plunger.
Shove that up your *****
unscrew the handle from the plunger after it is inserted
stick a fuse up through the hole where the handle would be
light it.
talk about a blast of a good time :-P
also, if the plunger is red that will meet your requirements for having a bigass red dildo.
