Hasbro have just released a new version of the AT AT as part of their saga collection.
This version shows it as it appeared in Return of the Jedi, on Endor and includes a Biker Scout & At At Driver.
They are being sold by Toys r us (£50.00) or you can check out e-bay (put in Endor At At).

I gave mine to my kids. It was more enjoyable to see them play with them that it was to get any amount of money for them.
Ofcourse they are now destroyed.
