I received a email stating a ticket #, serial #, Batch# and lucky #'s stating that I won a lump sum payment of 1.500 euros, could this be real? It says "This form should be filed by the lottery winner of the State Verification before processing the lottery winning" and list the information that is needed to be verified. Where would I file the thing at? It only gives me a email address to reply to but they haven't responded yet.

You pick any number and bet $1 on it. If you lose, bet $2 on it. If you lose again, bet $3 on it and so on.

At first you will lose a lot of money but if you win, your winnings will make up for what you lost so you make a profit.
However, the additions to the amount of money you lose increase each round. First you've lost $1 then $3 then $6...but the additions to the payout increase by 36 each time. So eventually, you will start to lose money even if you win. This happens after you play 404 games.

This means that if you win before you play 404 times you will make a profit. The odds of this are in your favor. You have about a 99.998% chance of winning before you play 404 times.

If you make a profit, it will only be about $630 at the most. The most you will spend is about $14,000. If you use this method, it can take a long time for you to actually make a large amount of money. But if you have time and $15,000 you could beat the house!
