master card and microsoft are not the lottery business. think about it, they would show up on your door step for the publicity if they were to give you that much money. IF YOU DONT KNOW BY NOW; ITS A SCAM. DON'T BE SILLY.

I got that email this morning. it's a scam so I deleted it, marked as spam.
