Many times I am unable to go out in the same meld that I make my second canasta and other people do it to me all the time. Why won't it let me meld the canasta to go out. The other people do it to me and if it won't let me then how could I ever go out concealed? It's a constant in 2 player 2 card 2 canasta. I couldn't find a definition in the rules section???

If I have, let's say, 3 monsters on the field and my opponent has only one, can I first attack his one monster with one of mine, and after that battle go on to attack his life points directly with my other two monsters if he hasn't got a trap or spell to stop me ?
Can I still attack with other monsters even if my opponents monster was not destroyed by my first attack, eg my opponents monster is in defence position ?
Can I go on to attack his life points with my other normal monsters even if his defence monster destroyed my first attacking monster ?
Or is it the case that as long as he has a monster on the field, however weak it is, that my attacks must stop unless that monster is destroyed/sent to the graveyard. ?

Are they sorted by suit? If so, in what order? For example: spades, clubs, hearts, diamonds.
Within each suit, is the ace low or high?
Which card is considered is #1 (ace of spades?) and which is #52 (king of diamonds?)

Heres something ive been wondering about on pot odds. Lets say you've hit top pair and you know the person is on a flush draw to beat you. If you can't afford not to give them the right odds to call (or they only have a few chips left) is it better not to bet anything or should you stick your chips in anyway.
I know its quite hypothetical because if you only have that little back you should stick them all in preflop and you can never know for sure just what outs they have but humour me!
quick example in case anyones unsure: Pot is 300 your heads up you have top pair and opponent has flush draw, its a simple 9 outs situation. and you only have 50 chips. If you bet them hes getting great odds to call because its 50 chips to see both cards because you'll be all in so should you not?

Sometimes when going out it says "David has gone out" and he then scores points for going out. Sometimes when going out it says "There are no cards left in the deck" and no points are scored for going out. In the second situation ther ARE cards left in the main pile. Why is this?
