A Cyber Dragon Deck. The Cyber Dragon itself can be special summoned when there are no other monsters on the field. Booster packs - The Lost Millennium (E-Heroes only), Cybernetic Revoluton (E-Heroes and Cyber Dragons), Shadow of Infinity (Some Cyber Dragon and E-Hero support cards), Enemy of Justice (E-Heroes, D-Heroes, and Cyber dragons), and Power of the Duelist (Few cards of the E-Heroes, D-Heroes, and Cyber dragons).
Where? EBay or a local comic book store or Wal-Mart, Target, Kmart.
You can also go to netrep.net to look at the different types of cards.

Hmmm.. You can get a cyberdragon from the booster pack cybernetic revolution. I am not too familliar with the destiny or elemental whatsoever. I only knew that you can get some elemental thingies from the booster pack Elemental Justice. For the Destiny.. well no word on that one.
Hey, why dont you try other structure decks? maybe a dragon deck or a bitdown hehe.. ^_^

my friend the destiny heros are #1 in yu-gi-oh! right now. did you see the yu-gi-oh! epsiode when astre pheonix(ap) dueld jaden? well that was a good example of a execellent elemenatl hero deck vs a excellent desiny heron deck. its awesome. i have an all around deck and im really good though. as for the cyber dragon deck, it has many flaws and the deck is 3xtremly hard to make. go ahead and make a destiny hero deck dude. it rocks

Sad to say but i think the cyber dragons are better But can't pepole be more origonal? imean there are a lot of good cards for them but i like decks that don't play a lot of things that other pepole play. here is what packs they come in.
Cyber dragon- cybenetic revoltion, Elemental energey
Elemental heros- cybenetic revoltion elemental energey, enemy of justice and Power of the dulesit
D-heros- enemey of justice and Power of dulist
one more thing elemntal heros problty have the most cards that come with them.
