set your popup blocker to always allow..yahoo.com make sure you have java to find out if you do,click on start,settings,control panel,internet options,advance tab,scroll down should be 2 java's listed,,if so uncheck them, then apply,then ok.if they are not listed,download from java.com.then go back and uncheck them..java is needed to play games,but not to launch them.once in lounge check small windows in option box, once in room expand it to see chat area....if this doesn't work for you,add details to question and say so.and i will be back with other ways that might work.it took me awhile to figure out ways to get in with yahoo's new format.

i'm receiving a similar mistakes message, attempting to get into dominoes as precise. i chanced in this question through typing in my own.
