did latest update on Java and window still fails to open

you been with out games for 2 days so i will help.
set your popup blocker to always allow yahoo.com.next go to start button,settings,control panel,,internet options,advance tab,scroll down to where the 2 java's are listed and uncheck them,,click apply,,ok once in lounge select small windows in option box.once in room expand it so you can see chat area

u need either jre-java runtime environment or microsoft's virtual machine if you have either of these already installed...i'm sorry i cant help you, my knowledge of such things very limited. If you dont have these, I suggest you give it a try. It worked for me. good luck
