Who do you think will become a future Chess Champion of the world?? M y dad was really interested if you have any idea yet..?? I would also like to mention that my dad has played with Garry Kasparov. At the time my dad was 8 and he was 6. My dad won the game. It was in Baku he says. I was telling my dad that theres no way you win the fight back with Kasparov now. lol. I really think of Kasparov as a king in chess industry. Hes amazing!!!nyways..my dad has been teaching chess for a long time already and soon with a class, they will be inVegas for a big Tournament!..Im not really a big chess fan and cant even play well...but still they wonder..The Future Chess Champion of the world.??..any ideas??...thanks for youe answers!!

I want to make a roleplaying game with a vampire hunter. I have "attack, defense, and strength levels. I have a few terrains, and I also have my monster sizes: small, normal, large, huge, gimoundo, and 'boss'.

i've played a board game but i don't know what it's called. can you help me please? there was a board that had all these squares on it. you place your marker on the start square and win by making it to the finish first. how you move though... you each have one card in your hand. the card has a catigory on it. ie: things at a beach. and the other pile of cards has one letter on each card.
so you flip the letter card first than anyone can put down their catigory card in play and hit the timer. the timer is radom. than everyone starts yelling out words that start with that letter that corrisponds with the catigory. the last person to yell out a new answer before the buzzer sounds, gets to move up a square. once you use your cadigory card you than pick up a new one.

what is this game called please? i hope i didn't confuse you. i think it might have been made by the same guys that made Apples to Apples. but idk.

I am an avid chess player and i am worried about the rapid decline of chess these days. Why do you think the popularity is declining?

My answer:
I think chess was used as a political tool during the cold war era. It's popularity during the cold war era was unprecedented. Espicially after the 72 match with spassky and fischer, chess memberships everywhere doubled and chess in the mainsteam was at it's height. Because of this chess was never marketed commercially, it was only a political tool, which would decline as political strifes ended. And since it was never commerciliazed properly, it would remain a game that is virtually unknown to the newer generation. And because of this ignorence, the game has many tags which disassosiate it with mainsteam culture. Nerdiness, old people's game, too complex for the average mind etc...
