Games & Recreation - 5 March 2007

The games I am thinking of inparticular are QUAKE 3 ARENA, DUKE NUKEM & BLOOD.

I've tried to load up these retro games on my PC (Operating system Windows XP) and they do not seem to work.

Will they only work on an older style PC (Windows 2000 or less)?
Is there a way round so they can be played on my PC?
Or am I totally wrong and is it a problem with the games rather than windows?

Had been playing FinalFantasyXII(12) for some time now, and i was having trouble with my Esper, Ultima. I can't seem to achieve her Deathblow. Do i have to command something? or its random?

When I click servers, they all come up fine and I'll click one with say; 45 latency. After I click, a window will come up with server info (like if the game was full but its not) and it'll show the latenct going from 45 to 1,000+. And I just cant join because of that.

I have cable internet, new computer, and everything is unblocked on my firewall and such. But, the problem has started I think when I got my Linksys wireless router...

SOMEONE please help, Valve wont contact me back...
