When are you too old to play the The Sims 2 and how do you know that your addicted?

You know you are addicted when you start to think that you would rather live the life your Sim avatar has as opposed to your own. :)

i was about to ask the same damn question..i myself don't eat unless i'm really really hungry and i dont have the sense of time like, i start playing it when i wake up.then the next thing i know,my mom's banging at my door calling me for dinner!!
