Games & Recreation - 10 November 2006

I downloaded Rockstar Custom Tracks already, but I have three problems: I don't have a USB plug for my PSP (I am using a Memory Stick adaptor), I can't make the files from .toc to .gta on PSP EAC, and some say to have a LCS save file, which I don't have.

Can someone make really clear and easy to understand steps on how to do it?

I've been out of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG loop for a while now (last set I collected was Soul of the Duelist). I would really like to get back into the game and start going to tourneys again. Any suggestions? What cards should I get? Should I buy one of the Structure decks and start with that? What's the meta game like nowadays? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am looking for some toys that I use to have as a child. I don't know their exact name. They were metal cans that had holes in the top and when you tipped them over and then right side back up they made sounds of various animals. Does anybody remember what I'm talking about?
