I have recently got the emulators and I want the best games for it. What do you recommend???

However I'll just give you a short list of the best.
Super Nintendo:
Zelda a Link to the Past
Super Mario World 1 and 2
Super Metroid (Excellent!)
Earthbound, very interesting
Chrono Trigger (Excellent!)
Final Fantasy 2, 3, and 5 (Not released in US, but can be found in English)
Donkey Kong Country 1-3
Mario Kart
Super Punch-Out!
Mega Man X 1-3
Sega Genesis (Don't know as many but here are a few):
Sonic 1-3 and Knuckles (3 + Knuckles is the best)
Sonic Spinball
Ecco the Dolphin
Gunstar Heros
Phantasy Star 2-4
Shining Force 1 and 2
Streets of Rage
Beyond Oasis (good Zelda like game)

Micro Machines Turbo Tournament on MD, and/or the first Sonic the Hedgehog. I was never a big Nintendo fan, I found a certain fat plumber rather lacking in the verisimilitude stakes. Of course, you could say Sonic does too, but at least Sonic has a good story and a cool factor. And he's FAST!
Only moved into Nintendo since the demise of the Dreamcast and the rise of the DS, which is an amazing machine. Let's hope we see more Sega classics on it. Online Streets of Rage would be a dream come true!!!

Megadrive:
Sunset Riders (coin-op convert, very good fun!)
2 Crude Dudes - Idiot muscle bound 'dudes' beat people up in this platform monstrosity, but worth it because its hilarious.
Kid Chameleon - Excellent but difficult platform puzzle fest.
Micro Machines - Overhead driving game. Simple, and simply amazing.
SNES:
only one option here....Mario KArt...the only reason I still got my snes :)
