can i broadcast songs on the radio with psp like mp3 players can.

No, the PSP does not have a wireless/radio frequency transmitter to do that. If your radio has a Mic input you can get a double ended jack to plug the headphone from the PSP to the Mic of the radio. Or if it has a Tape deck you can get an adapter to stick in that to the PSP headphone jack.
