I downloaded Rockstar Custom Tracks already, but I have three problems: I don't have a USB plug for my PSP (I am using a Memory Stick adaptor), I can't make the files from .toc to .gta on PSP EAC, and some say to have a LCS save file, which I don't have.
Can someone make really clear and easy to understand steps on how to do it?

specific u can. all u have been given to do is load the track before the interest(on the 360) yet whilst u try this u cant hear something yet ur track. as for the ps3 version sony reported a clean replace would enable u to take heed to track properly enjoying the interest. as for custom tracks it is unknown till gta 4 pop out.
