I am interested in setting up my own mail order cake business. I am an experienced caterer, no problem making the cakes, but-how can I send it out? Does anyone have any packaging solutions? Especially worried about iced cakes-how can I possibly wrap them without them getting smushed? Is there some way to secure them to where the icing doesn't get messy? Also, any solutions for keeping the goods cool? I'm worried about them melting. Is there some standard packaging other cake companies use to keep things cool? Help!
