Marks and Spencer meringue nests, fresh rasberries and squirty cream (too late in the evening to whip your own).
These mini pavlovas are yum but you do get itchy little pieces of meringue in the bed!

popcorn. it does not cause heart burn, fills you up and is great for you dieters... heath board just released a study saying popcorn was actually a good thing to snack on.. so .. snack away
