i just quit my job this mornin after waking up with a hangover...but instead of celebrating by getting just as drunk as i was last night and causing more trouble, i thought fuc.k it why not treat someone else this time instead of myslef. Ive been doing that for 23 years!
Anyone fancy it?

I am travelling to LA in August for a conference and plan to add some additional days for joyful purposeless hanging out .

I am unsure where to to book a hotel for those extra days These are the neighborhoods i am looking at:

Beverly Hills (West Hollywood)
Brentwood (Westwood)
Culver City
Downtown Los Angeles
Hollywood
Redondo (Manhattan Beaches)
Santa Monica & Marina Del Rey

Any suggestions which area listed is classic LA, but safe, alive, fun, close to cool restaraunts, preferably w/ cafe's to sit and write in?

The grater I have seen works like a pepper mill not the traditional metal cheese grater.

Oh my goodness! I was just outside walking my dog and this ordinary guy that was eating a Big Mac walked by me all like, "hey," and I didnt think much of it. But suddenly this guy fell to the ground choking (from the Big Mac) so I ran home to get my mom but there was a note saying, "went out to get some groceries. Be back soon." and so i like freaked out and called 911. They came and saw me standing over the guy and they instantly said that he didnt make it. But just then my neighbor came out and was all like, "SHE DID IT! I SAW HER!" So they believe HIM even though i did NOT kill the poor guy! what do i do about this?

That's all I ever hear when I try to microwave my lunch at work.
Is there a way that I can warm up anchovies in the mic without it smelling up the place?
