actually, if you are talking about egg pudding, it's very popular in Japan and the condition is more hard than regular pudding so it maintains a shape. Kind of like jello. If it's that kind of pudding it's very easy to eat with chopsticks. just don't squeeze too hard when you pick up the pieces.

Hold the bowl or plate up to your mouth and use the chopsticks to push the pudding in!

You can dip them in the pudding and lick it off. It's going to take a really long time to eat though.

put the pudding in a bowl, then place the chopsticks side by side into the bowl and place in the freezer.
It will freeze and you will have your own pudding pop.
Then eat it like any other popsickle.

put one stick on one side of the bowl and one stick on the other, pretending they are your knife and fork. then pick up your spoon and eat your pudding
