Mine is BLT Dip ...it's AWESOME!!

Ingredients...
1 pound bacon
1 tomato, chopped
1 (32 ounce) jar mayonnaise
32 ounces sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (1 pound) loaf sliced white sandwich bread

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:
In a large skillet, brown entire pound of bacon until crisp, placing cooked strips on paper towels to absorb grease.
For best results, finely chop bacon in a food processor or with a hand blender, but finely chopping by hand will also work.
In a large mixing bowl, blend bacon, tomato and jar of mayonnaise. Add half the container of sour cream, blend well. Add more sour cream by spoonfuls, until the mixture isn't overwhelmed by the taste of mayonnaise (you'll be left with about a cup or so of sour cream, typically). LIGHTLY coat the top of the mix with garlic powder, and blend. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Toast the bread, then cut into fours and serve on the toast squares.... Delicious!!!

Here's a couple that are quick and easy. 1. Dried French Onion soup and a container of sour cream. Mix and let sit in the fridge for about an hour to soften the dried onions. 2. Ranch dressing mix and a container of sour cream mixed together. 3. A can of no bean chili and 8 oz of cream chesse. Pop it in the microwave for about 3-4 min and you have a hot dip.

My aunt makes this hot dip. It's a can of chili without beans, you heat it up and add 8oz. of cream cheese, bit by bit until it melts. Eat it with tortilla chips. You can make it with more chili if you want, but it's yummy. You can also top it with green onions and sour cream. She serves it in a little crock pot so that it stays warm.

My favorite dip is the spinach and artichoke from Applebee's, but I don't have the recipe for that one. The next runner up is guacamole. I pretty much wing it every time I make the dip, but it always comes out good.

avacado
lemon juice
onions
tomatoes
some salt and pepper
garlic if you want, but it give me heartburn

and... that's it. enjoy =)
