i drink every single weekend , rarely during the week , but
when i drink i have to keep drinking until i fall asleep as i get depressed if im not that drunk and i run out of drink ,

would you consider this a problem?

i had a period of about a year where i NEVER threw up from drinking even if i had way way too much, but lately every single time i drink (even if it's not a lot) i end up barfing. why does this happen? the circumstances are basically always the same.. its the same kind of alcohol and my stomach always has a little food in it.

This will be my first christmas since being a child without alcohol and I am dreading it. Thats what christams and new year was about to us was drinking and parties, but since giving up I hate the thought of it, sure theres pleanty of people who don't drink at christmas but you'll often find they are the people who have never drunk so don't know what they are missing out on, but it seems everyone drinks at christmas, going to parties without alcohol is like having bread with no butter it horrible.

Have you went through christmas/new years without any alcohol? Is it as hard as I imagine?

WHat do you suppose the following meant:

it is rather rare (never seen perhaps) anyone drinking beer/wine out of glasses/bottles/cans with a straw. why is that?

I am on a mission, to make homemade wine. I made it many years ago with a bottle and a balloon, wasn't the tastiest thing I ever had, but certainly had the effect I was looking for.
Now I'm on a mission to create something far more delicious
My husband's doctor has told him he should drink two glasses of wine a day, so we intend to develop a couple of recipes.
Have you ever made homemad wine?
Do I need to purchase a kit?
Is regular yeast good or does it need to be a special type of yeast?
What about fermentation, is it better to use a glass jar, or something where the uv rays can't get through?
Any advise would be appreciated.
Any web sites that you know of that sell wine making kits and ingredients.
What would be your favorite flavor?
