Oh, good question.. Chicken is usually served with white wine, but since you are doing it with a red sauce and cheese, you may enjoy it much more with red wine.
Definitely go for a really nice red wine!

Technically... Red. Red sauce = Red Wine. But the real answer is which ever you like best. If you aren't a big fan of reds pairing it with the proper food won't change that.

definately red. i would pair a nice sangiovese or chianti with it because of the red tomato sauce you are serving with it. that is a very hearty dish that can stand up to the red wine. Try silverado or luna vineyards sangiovese or Ruffino Chianti.
If you really want white, try a pinot grigio or maybe a sauvignon blanc.
