If your buddy is trying to hook up with a hot chick, will you take one for the team and take her fat slob of a friend home? Have you ever left your buddy hanging because the whale of a friend was too much to handle?

Im sitting at home doing sweet f*ck all, there has been no water all day, and this could carry on all week as far as i know, in about an hour or so the power will go off due to load shedding, this normally comes back on around 10ish, what i need to know is should i get drunk when the power goes off as a form of silent protest? or should I just get drunk now and launch preemptive strike?

It seems that wine is revered somehow and taken to be a mark of culture and sophistication when drank. Is it because of its history? Culture surrounding it? Surely not because of some intrinsic value; any two bits will buy you a bottle of Merlot these days.

My wild theory is that wine can only be grown by those close to civilization, or those with enough riches and landspace to support what would be an only mildly valuable crop (grapes, natch) on its own. Hence, an aristocratic habit which is then admired by the bourgeoisie.

Nowadays it seems that skill in identifying wines is a mark of sophistication, as well as being a wine grower. It seems to be relegated to an older and perhaps more "distinguished" demographic.

I'm not selling it, I just want to know if I should give it away or throw it away. It's not toooo dirty and it has wheels, but the plug broke off and so the water just spills out when the ice melts. I don't mind giving it away, but I don't want them thinking I'm giving them garbage. It's just a normal cheapie cooler with a broken plug. Is it garbage now?

BTW, the only reason I want to get rid of it is because there's no room in my new apartment.

I also need the liquor to make a genuine Caipriana from South America. Anywhere in Maryland? The alcohol begins with the letters cha... I believe the drink originated in Argentina.
I understand that the bottle for the Damiana represents the Incan Goddess of Fertility and is shaped like a pregnany woman. It is supposed to be a great liquer that can be substituted for others.

One of my favorites is---

Yellowtail, Shiraz. It's a red wine. Very "drinkable". It's not too sweet & not too dry.

Tell me what kind you like and why you like it.
