Long Island Ice Tea (The Origonal) Drink Recipe

Drink Ingredients
1/2 oz. Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Jose Cuervo Tequila
1/2 oz. Gin
Coca Cola

Instruction
Mix all the liquors and serve in a large glass filled with ice. Add just enough coke to give it the color of tea.

1 part Rum
1 part Gin
1 part Triple sec
1 1/2 part Sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola
Mixing instructions:
Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into shaker and give ONE brisk shake. Pour back into glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

1 part vodka

1 splash coke

BTW, use TOP SHELF liquor....always the best!

3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz rum
3/4 oz white tequila
1/2 oz triple sec ( optional )
4 oz sweet n sour mix
splash of coke

Shake first 5 ingredients in cocktail shaker and add splash of coke right before serving. And use good liquors; LIT's with the cheap stuff produce wicked hangovers.

Take all your clear liquors, tequila, gin, vodka, rum,over ice, in a shaker cup, also Cointreau.. Add whiskey sour mix, shake, pour into a tall glass, add a splash of coca cola, serve with a wedge of lemon. And fasten your seat belt!

angelboy is some what correct, but..that recipe is actually called a Texas Tea.

A long Island doesnt have tequila....someone renamed Texas Tea because of adding tequila to it and that is what is in the recipes book nowadays....
