A couple of weeks ago out of the blue, my boyfriend brought up the subject of marriage. He caught me completely off guard because we had never talked about it before. I was so stunned that i didn;t know what to say. He took that as a sign that I wouldn't want to marry him. Last night he said something about it again. I don;t want him to feel like i don't want to get married to him, because that is not the case. How to i bring up the subject again? Any suggestions would help.

The husband had just finished reading the book, 'MAN OF THE HOUSE'.

He stormed into the kitchen and walked directly up to his wife. Pointing a finger in her face, he said, "From now on, I want you to know that I am the man of this house, and my word is law!

I want you to prepare me a gourmet meal tonight, and when I'm finished eating my meal, I expect a sumptuous dessert afterward.

Then, after dinner, you are going to draw me my bath so I can relax, and when I'm finished with my bath, guess who's going to dress me and comb my hair?"

it seem that every time i kick it with a woman, last night my lady friend hopped in the car and start talking and keeps talkin for almost 2 hours straight. Half the time she dont stay on a steady topic and they bounce from subject to subject and i never know what they talkin about. most of the time i just zoneout, then when it kicked back in my head that she is STILL talking i just reply with a few uh-huhs. im not the only guy this happens to, am I?

in 24 hrs,i work work every day,approx 15 hrs.don't have any GF,now my parents are speaking for marraige.but I told them I don't want to marry ? I read many questions &answers posted here and many of them say church is a good place to meet a girl. But I don't get it--why is it a good place to meet a quality girl? Forgive me if I am wrong, but I think most church go-ers are old people. And isn't it kind of strange to try to talk to someone who is leaving right after a mass? I don't get it. I love my bf very much but I feel jealous often, about things which I know I shouldnt. It makes me upset that I cant seem to control my emotions and always get angry about unimportant things. It is ruinging our relationship, and this is the person I want to spend my whole life with. Could counseling help? I have never gone before. Should I go alone, or with my boyfriend? I am an Asian guy in America (born and raised here) and the janitor who works in my office is black. I can never understand why he gets the attention of white and Hispanic women all the time and those same women seem to avoid me like I am the plague or something. Yesterday I engaged in a contest with that black janitor. We went downtown and said in a matter of 2 hours, we will walk the streets and hit up on all the white and Latina women we find attractive and see who gets the most phone numbers. I got none and across the street I saw him easily talking and chatting with so many women. He ended up getting the numbers of 14 white and Hispanic girls numbers in 2 hours; i got none. I don't know what went wrong with me? In my high school years during the late 1980s, black men were not seen as desirable. But, after the hip hop revolution in the 1990s, they seem to be first preference alpha males. I blame my dating woes on my race. What else can i blame it on? It is not fair. Why?

my boyfriend dumped me on wednesday. he said he dumped me because he didnt want to get into another long relationship. we had only been dating for a month, he said he still really likes me and he is just confused about it. after we broke up he gav me this really expensive neclace that he was going to giv me wen we were still dating, i didnt want it, but he said he bought it for me and i was keeping it, so i kept it. i thot we were going to get bk together because he mentioned it. so we made out and had fun for a while be4 i had to go home. but then we didnt get back together. i cryed over him and even cryed to my mom. i've never cryed over a guy, i just really liked him. we talk at least everyday stil, and he is always confused if he should get back together with me or not. he keeps saying its not your fault, your beautiful your perfect. i guess im just hopeing he will want to get back together. do you think we will get back together or not?
