Don't love someone before you ask them out. You don't know enough about her to love her. However, you should at the very least ask her out or start becoming her friend. Having long distance friendships can be a ton of fun. You could even try a long distance relationship for a little while, though I don't really recommend it.

Ask her out. My fiance and I started dating about 2 months before I moved for college, and we have stayed together and gotten engaged in the 2 and a half years since. You'll regret the things you didn't do more than the things that failed.
Good luck!

Tell her that you like her. Then ask her out. And maybe you could do a long distance relationship.

Drop it. a long distance relationship never works if she is going to move.

even if u dont ask her out (b/c long distance relationships are hard...) tell her how u feel so u dont regret it later!!
(besides, if she turns u down it wont matter... shes moving!!)
u've got nothing to lose. go for it! (and good luck!)

What do you have to lose? Ask her out, and if she rejects, no harm done because she's outta here next month. And if she says yes, than good for you!

If I was you u should drop it because it is going to be sad for her when u tell her and she is moving away. It also depends onher age if she is old ebnough shemight stay if u tell her.

what you should do homes is tell her how you feel, then wait for her to respond later but before she moves, that way you've told her and you dont regret telling her. but later in life you'll find somebody else or you'll see her later when you least expect it.
