im trying to get over a break-up. but its my little girl just when i think were making headway and getting on she breaks down. we have gone through so much in the last 6 month and she so grown up for her age and we are so close. its killing me because i havent got the answers for her. my ex is dangling us both on a string which im trying to break off and thought i was but she completly and utterly broke down in my arms tonight and said she wants the family back together she was destroyed. it kilt me. the main reason i havent got the answers for her is even though me and him were best friends for 5 yrs then engaged for nearly 2 he aint her biological dad, yet he keeps telling me he wants to be there for her and be friends so he can see us both. he has three other kids from when we were friends. so i used to take 4 of them on every wkend when we were together. how do i break my little girl off ive tried so hard and dont know what to do anymore ?.x

Why do women wear next to nothing, minis, low riders with wail tails, midrift, cleavage popping out, club wear or what ever, and then "get offended" when we stare you down. Is this a REAL reaction or deep down do you love the fact your driving us nutts and we are checking every inch of you out?

Is it easier for a woman to get a date from a man, than it is for a man to get a date from a woman?

I don't think the odds are the same. I speculate that if a woman asked ten random individual male strangers for a date, she would get more yes answers, than if a man asked ten random individual female strangers for a date. Again, this is just speculation, but it seems most likely.

There was this girl that i talked to . Nothign serious or anyhting just neighborly chat. Well one night i went running and forgot my keys and had to wait for my roomie .. Well she had been drinking a little and well was wayyyy more friendlier than usual to me I mean very friendly and smiling and got very close to me. I don't think I can take it any more. I've been dating this person for two years and they refuse to read, including the news. Should I break up or is there a way to get this person to change? It's like they crave these guys with money and social status and act like a hoochie and go be there trophy girlfriend
then when they get close to 30 and start aging and aren't as hot anymore and they can't attract those rich guys anymore - then all of a sudden ALL men become jerks
and they make everybody miserable
It used to not be that bad but now those kinds of women are EVERYWHERE and they bring misery to everybody they come in contact with - everytime I find a sweet girl she always has some old hag friend trying to make sure shes not happy by constantly filling her head with the idea that every man is a jerk

My friend, Jessica, talked to the guy I like w/o me even knowing until she had told me after her class. There was a science fair in the gym today. Any way she said.......
He said "So what did that girl walking around in the gym with you say about me?"
Jess said "nothing really..just that you're cute..."
He said "aaawwww that's sweet..."
Jess said "Uhhhh,,,I guess..."
he said "Well, I'm thinkin' about asking her out."

I'm wondering if she is telling the truth??? I got the feeling that she told me the truth!
