I'm currently 20, and I've known her since I was 12. We dated once in 9th grade, after which we became very good friends while going our own seperate routes. Coincidentally we go to the same college now, and she got me a room in the house she is renting. I really am madly in love with her...even when I dated other people I always felt like there was no one else I'd end up with. I think she has similar feelings for me, but we don't really talk about it much apart from random comments like "someday."

One night last year we made out after a party.

Is this something? Should I try not to feel this way or should I do something, or let it go? I'm so confused...

i mean i tried soo hard to get her outta my mind.. but to no use.. its been like 8 months now.. getting back together is outta the question.. coz why should i bother too much for someone who doesnt need me.. but i still am in pain.. any suggestions?? any tried and tested methods?? and bein in another relationship is kinda difficult.. i mean i am very soft spoken guy.. not that dashing or anything.. anyways i hope to hear some answers...

I live with my bf of a year and a half, we have lived together for over 8 months. He is 10 years older and is my first bf, I am 19, he is 29. He has had many other gfs, but he has only lived with one other girl, and he said he knew that wouldnt last. I love him, but I want to get married, I want to think about the future and have children when I am still young (before 25). I said we dont have to get married right away, but I want to know if he wants to in the future, if I am the one he wants to be with forever. He says he loves me but he dosent know, I asked why, he says hes not sure. I found out all of his exs (over 6 girls) broke up with him, so it seems he is fine in "dead-end" relationships, but I am not. I love him, but I dont know if i can invest any more emotions into something that isnt going anywhere. Any advice?!

i think guys like beautiful girls, i do and my dream is to have a beautiful girl as a gf. However, i know that dream cannot be completed if girls don't like me. And since i am a very ugly guy I don't think they will. the thing is, i've heard girls care more about personality than about looks but i doubt that. So how does this work, how do ugly people like me find a mate? Do i just have to give up wanting a beautiful person and accept anyone?

I am a child of the 50s There was no birth control pill. The woman was birth control. In the movies we learned of love. Our music supported our growth in love. If you asked a child of the 50s to define love , you might be supprized.

i have seen young people define love and have been saddened, I now understand why there are so many divorces. Living in a housing project in Brooklyn NY, I had hundreds of friends , non of who were children of divorce.

I thought that only movie stars got divorced.

Does love still exist, Would you want to end your life like Juliet or just move to the next guy.

Is the fullness of love dead?

for me to get involved my in boyfriend's personal life? He has E.D. (erectile dysfunction) and though he's not the very sexual type, I've come to the conclusion that it's because of the medicine he's on, 'cause he's on a s h i t load of 'em and that he's goin' to talk to his doctor about it and find out if there's other alternative medicines he can take. I've also researched some vitamins he can take to help this problem. I figured that if we were to do something or if we were to get very serious, that his might be a problem. So a few weeks ago, I became involved with a guy, we weren't going out, but we did have sex. He was too immature for me, and told me he didn't want a relationship, so I moved on. Now he tells me he loves me, and misses me, and was too afraid to ask me to be in a relationship and I feel it's too late. I know that I do care about him, but I don't love him in a romantic way, and I don't know what to do because I've broken his heart, and I've never hurt someone this way before. It's killing me inside. I guess my question is how can I help him with his broken heart an get him to move on?
