I want to be with my girlfriend but she wants to be a PA (physician's assistant) and I want to be a psychotherapist. She recently moved to Nevada, Las Vegas and wants to go to UNLV and I've heard nothing but bad about it and I'm unsure. I"m afraid that if I get a scholarship I'll take it but I just want her to be with me. She has no one there but a friend who she's staying with (over me). How to I persuade her? I can't be diplomatic without sounding dominant. I want equality for a smooth relationship (i know there'll be bumps though) Please lend any advice.

Ive been with the same guy for over 2 years, we had a fight & I said, so do you want to be with me or what? He said yes, Ive told you before I want to be with you but if I wind up single the rest of my life, it wont kill me. He said the difference between he & I is that I need other people to rely on & he doesnt .Is he appathetic about his feelings or what the hells his problem? No mean answers, please!

My boyfriend and I are going out on our first date soon. He suggested we should see a move, so we will be doing that. I think afterwards, we might go out to eat at a restaurant nearby. I am worried we won't have a lot to talk about. When we talked at school, we usually just discussed school stuff, such as classes, people we're friends with, music, hobbies, and classes we like and don't like. What are some good things to talk about on a date? I'm afraid we won't have much to say to eachother, because that's how my last relationship failed, due to lack of communication. I don't have a lot of friends at my school, so I don't really know what is interesting to talk about and what may seem a little boring. Also, I don't want to seem too nervous or seem like I'm asking too many questions when I'm with him. On AIM, we really didn't have a lot to say to eachother and at school, we'd sometimes run out of things to say as well. How do I make the commication stronger between us?

Ok I have an ex girlfriend. My first love of my life and I told her I would always love her and after everything we've gone through, I still do. Though, we've had so many problems together. She was, as a lot of my friends tell me, unhealthy for me. She lied a lot to me and about me and told friends things that didn't happen. When I tried so hard in the relationship to make things work. She's carried a grudge with her ever since I broke things up. I feel bad, I really do. I love her, I REALLY do. It's not a matter of getting back together, I doubt she'd want to. She makes it seem, in all of her e-mails, that she really didn't like me. Though, also, the tone and the numbers of stuff like that suggest she's trying to make me jealous!

She's called me twice tonite and trying to talk to me online too. I'm not sure if it's worth the pain to talk to her.

So I need advice on this. Do you think she still likes me and should I talk to her?

I think that is the main reason why the divorce rate in USA in 50%. Also, having sex every other day is bad because it is just trying to provide love for a loveless relationship. It is just my opinion, so please provide yours.

we were in a big group but this guy friend of mine bought me a drink and asked me to hang-out with him outside the restaurant where all our friends are. we drank and even hang-out in his car... we shared the same seat, he even rested his head on my shoulder, do you think he has feelings for me?

I don't know if its just me. Because I am very creative. But everytime I read answer. I put diffrent voices to them. You know I'm a writer and I do the same with my stories. I know I'm a lovely soul. But just a little diffrent. I try to remeber each name and try to stick the same voice I used before. Like in one of my stories. Do any of you ever do that?

OK...so there's this girl I like at my work! I have know here for a couple of weeks and I see her at least once a week. The only time I see her is while we are working. She is pretty shy so I try to make conversation whenever I can. I like her a lot I think she is a great person. The only thing is she will be leaving for college (which is about 2hrs away) in about a month. The distance is no factor to me. So, what do you think? Should I ask her out?
