Actions speak louder than words.
What's her favorite flower?
Now, don't send her a whole bouquet. Just a single one of her favorite flower with a simple "I love you" attached to it.
If she didn't know before, she will then.
Take care!

If you can afford to (time & money wise) give her a surprise visit, a buttload of flowers, and take her out to eat something or just sit by a fountain (sumthin scenic like that).
If you can't visit her, send her delivery flowers (I'm kinda hung up on flowers, heheh).
Or send a card w/ a pressed flower in it (if you wanna go cheaper w/out being all stingy). It would be so special! Yay!! You can just go chop the flower from your neighbor's lawn. Haha. If you do the card thing, make sure you write something in it yourself to show that you put time and thought into it. A surprise phone call is always nice too.
Best wishes!

Saying 'I love you' long distance does'nt help both of you. You have to get closer to each other. Either you make some adjustments and compromise and move over to NY or she does that and moves to stay nearer with you in CA. Both of you have to show you care for each other and the only way that can be done is to be nearer to each other. All the best.

Your love to me is like a precious dream that I've hold-ed onto since being a child. I like to tell you I love you. Because every time I say those two words to you. I feel like I'm at an ocean. With the waves crashing on the shore. A warm day not to hot but just right. With my eyes closed in a dream. in peace and all I see is you. So I want to say I love you. So I can go back into my dream every time I say it. Because all I want to see is you for the rest of my life.

It would really be very special if you'll travel all the way down to NY and see her and tell her all of the feelings you have for her... It would really be very sweet and she would really feel important and loved by you... Just make sure that when you do it do it with all you heart...

That will be hard to do seeing that it is a long distance relationship. You should show your love by actions. Word are cheap. If you have the money, fly to NY without her knowing and give her flowers. Do the unexpected.

Take a picture of rose petals in the shape of a heart on your bed, and send it to her.
When you visit, leave her a love note with lipstick (not her favorite, most expensive one, lol) on the bathroom mirror for when she wakes up.
Just saying "I love you" all the time is soooo important. Don't underestimate the importance of the simplicity. Think of what your last words would be to each other if something happened (God forbid) and you were seperated by death, like my husband and I were. I have the comfort of knowing that we always said it, and our last words to each other were simply "I love you".
Sorry if I brought you down...

Its harder to make it seem real if you cant do it in person...it doesnt take into consideration body language and such.
Try this: buy one of those picture frames that you can record a message on, record a message saying "I love you THIS much" and take a picture of yourself with your arms open as wide as they can be, and put that in there.
Yes its cheesy, but we women love cheesiness from the men we love:-) You could even take a different sort of picture and have a different message, but i think something like that would really let her know how much you care!
