hell no do it more its good for u if you do it 3 times aweek they say its like runnig 75 miles ayear i cant imagin what it would be for 10 times a day

Don't think so, but I think 4 times a day is too much. Save some time for other activities.

Only if you are doing it with 4 different people a day, unless you are getting paid for it then hey do what you gotta do to survive.
