why do guys say this magic words once when they are infront of there gurlfriends? then after when they already told it to there gurl... most of the time they will just say these magic words when they are talking on the phone or saying it in a text message... why do guys say it once? why? help me out please... i really cant figure guys totally...

Me and my girlfriend are both 18, both virgins and have an intense relationship with each other. We want to get closer physically without it leading to sex. Everytime I've asked a girl out in person she's gotten that look that told me the answer before she had to say anything. That look is like a knife in your heart, and my self esteem is so low now that I'm afraid of ever getting rejected again.
