no, don't tell her. Sit the sofa facing the window and video tape. she most likly know your watching, so watch, remember if you could see her, she could see you. lol order the cheeseburger and popcorn. lol
it her fault that she didn't close the blides and she might have been watching you. Plus it isn't against the law, unless you are outside and looking in. So your not breaking the law so go for it. just don't video tape or take pictures because that is against the law if she is under 17 years of age.
Remember females want guy to act like men and take action and not to act like a wimp. so watch or your a wimp. Dude do you have balls. lol females said they are tied of acting like the men in the relationship so go for it.

If you can see her , she probably knows and is allowing you to see her. I mean if she really didn't want anyone to see her she would make sure that everything was shut close before changing. Don't you think so??? Hell, enjoy it while it last?LOL!!!
And if she finds out that you been watching her, Deny it, deny it!!!!!It's her own fault.Oh don't forget your cheeseburger,popcorn
and a drink!!!!

How do you know that she doesn't know you can see her? This is what I would do. Say to her "I just wanted to let you know that you might want to close your drapes, I was in what ever room you can see her from and I just wanted to let you know that I saw you starting to get undressed and left the room. If you see her doing it again then turn on the light in that room to let her know your there if she doesn't close the blinds then she might just be inviting you to watch or maybe wanting you to make another move to lay her.

If you can see it clearly than it's OK but if it's not clear try a pair of lenses. and about the snaks try cola,wiat pizza and whatever you wanna have
