My answer is this: Withdraw your ad and go to the book store and buy Dr. Barbara De Angelis "Are You the One For Me" for $12 and read it entirely, do the work and discover a much better way.
Don't take chances!
The response to your ad sounds to me like he thinks you are desparate, or worse yet, a target for something not good. This is my opinion. A quality man would not respond to your ad that way. Then again, I am partial to myself, but I do the work though, and I am sincere. I have learned that trust, integrity and character don't mean the same things to all people, and there are those who appear to interpret those qualities as weaknesses to be exploited.
I can't tell you if you are wrong to be offended because I didn't read your ad. Maybe you gave the impression that would attract sleeze. I don't know.
Perhaps: I don't like to take chances.

atelast they weren't completely crude, but they were definatley over the line. Unfortunately there are alot of people like that on personal sites, so i guess youll just have to get used to it.
