Do you just tell them? Does it make you feel better to bestow gifts? Do you do this regularly enough to make it boring or meaningless?
Just how do you convey this all important feeling?

I have never ever heard of this ,but several questions people have asked has led me to believe there is actually some law. I thought the state of California was thinking about it for children 3 and under.(But never got passed) But I didn't think the government could actually get involved with parenting. So can someone tell me if this is a law...

I'm am a 20 yr old woman who has always had low self-esteem and confidence issues as a child because I've never had family to confide in. I have now been with my loving bf for about 2years who i love with all my heart but complains that I'm not open with him. Its not that um hiding something its that I don't know how to be open. I feel worthless, ugly, and disregarded on the inside but he reassures me that I'm worthy of everything. Why can I take this to heart and make the change that is needed? Are there any other women experiencing this too and how did you get through that episode?

He says he prefers to work, but he still does not go out there to look for work. I have insisted that he look for a job, at least any job, until he can get something he is qualified for, instead he watches TV, and hangs out with his friends. Is this a phase with young men? Do they want to idle their life away instead of accepting adulthood? What should I do about the situation?

I want to do something REALLY special for my wife. She's a wonderful woman who caters to me in every way a woman can cater to her man! She's my baby and I love her more than words can say. What are some suggestions for showing my woman how much I care? (Money isn't a problem! I'm willing to spare no expense). Any suggestions would be appreciated. (No matter how big or small).

My boyfriend keeps talking about the 'prostate gland' when we discuss sex and I was kinda wondering where and what it is. Also, does he keep talking about it because he's unsatisfied with my love making skills? Please no gay bashing. Anyone who can answer will get a cookie!

I am interested especially in intelligent opinions of this phenomenon, but knee-jerk defensive answers are entirely welcome!

I like super spicy food and usually think that other people's food isn't seasoned enough.I see chefs do the "fairy sprinkle" of salt and pepper on food and to me, that isn't enough.

Also, being born in the US, I don't like eating food from "the motherland" cause some of it is like fear factor stuff, even though all nations have their own gross recipes (blood pudding, haggis, or meneudo) In my younger days, I would cook my own food separate from what my mom made. Do most people compromise and eat their spouses food, even though it doesn't satisfy them. I would think this more important than being sexually compatible. I look forward to cooking holiday meals together without second guessing their cooking style or palette. None of that "Why don't you just sit down and let me cook it, you're ruining it!" By the way, i am single, and never married or had a girlfriend long enough to be cooking together. Also does anyone have a significant other that doesn't trust you in the kitchen?
