We went to grade school together in New York back in the early 1970's. The school's name was The Academy of St. Peter Claver; it is located on Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica, NY. If anyone who comes here knows him, please tell him I've been looking for him for the last 10 years. I've looked everywhere I can think of for him, I've even checked the Social Security Death Index to see if he'd died or not. So far, he hasn't.

If you know of anywhere else I can look, please tell me. If anyone out there in cyberspace knows him, please tell him to contact me at kellygirlaj@aol.com. Thank you.

I have a friend who is a male and we have coffee together from time to time but when I foundout that it wasn't okay with his wife then I refused to visit with him. I know that it wouldn't be a problem for my husband to have a female friend, as long as that was all that it was. I would really like some imput though from other people and findout how it is viewed by others. Do you think that it could be just a matter of trusting eachother?

Sometimes when I read a question or answer and compare the words to the name and avatar I get the impression that the person I am looking at is not really the gender they are claiming. I don’t mean that they are some kind of weirdo. I think instead they are pretending to be the opposite just to trick other participants. Does anyone else get the feeling that their minds are being messed-with and have they spotted some specific ones that are not what they claim to be?

I am guessing that this is the right category for this question but really have no idea if it is.

a really good friend of mine seems totally mad at me just because i ahve a boyfriend, hes a guy and weve been friends fro a long time...I'm not sure what to think but hes just totally mad at me for no reason when i have a boyfriend but when i dont he acts normal towards me. what is he trying to do? make sure im single for the rest of my life? or do you think he likes me? please give me an opinion! i cant figure this out by myself!

Im orginally from Brooklyn, New York & I have now been living in the south for 5 years & the first 3 years I had no problems making friends but the last 2 years its been down hill for me. You see, what happens is that Ill meet someone & they ask me to go out with them & so I do & then we speak for a week & all of a sudden it goes sour. I just dont get it. I know Im not a bad person & I also know that I can be a great friend but I just dont understand why this is happining to me latley. Im starting to feel like I just dont want to make or have any friends at all out here. Im 30 years old & Im starting to think that its pretty sad Im going through this at my age. I would really like it if someone out there can give me some real good advice on what to do.

I'm 26 male with no friends .. but i wonder if i ever get a friend, i'm kind of sure it will be a shy person because Outgong/talkative people would never want to be friends with me, and even if they did. they would eventually get bored . is this a fact or at least is it very common that a shy person's best friend will be shy too?

everyone tells me dat it is not possible, then y hav i fallen forsomebody just by knowin his opinions , thoughts, beliefs and everythin else, even though i hav never met him. the thin which i am feelin is it a crush or somethin more meaninful.

sometime bac wen i chatted wid him, he told me dat he didnt want to get involved and dat really broke me down into sobs which made me realize dat maybe i hav started to develop somethin for him or maybe am gettin desperate to hav someone. am confused, now dat he has told me dat he doesnt want involvement , i dont want to reveal anythin to him dat i feel somethin, i dont him to pity or sympathise wid me. plz help.

ok heres how it is. I am homeschooled right now. my parents really want me 2 go 2 school, but I don't really want to. alright, yesterday i was at the mall with my 2 friends. and one of them was being a complete utter *****. she was saying rude comments to me even when i let her eat half my popcorn in the movie and then when we were outside of the mall waiting for my other friends dad to pick us up. My money was in her jacket pocket and when i asked for my money she dropped it ON THE FLOOR! a dollar bill and 2 coins!! and let me just add this in i didnt do ANYTHING let me repeat that ANYTHING to her!! Lorraine and I went around together as teenagers her younger sister was called Carol. I believe they came from Scotland their mum was nicknamed 'Scotty' I'm not sure how we managed to lose contact - but I often think about them and would love to contact them especially Lorraine! I ws recently given an address for her in Linthorpe Middlesbrough but have not heard anything so it would seem they have moved on. It would be absolutely great to contact her again. Please help.

He stares at me alot,but never looks my way when i look his way.

His best friend is my firend but i dont want to ask him.If his best friend says he doesnt,Then his best friend will probably tell the boy i like.
