i have somethings going on right now with me such as that i work to jobs both stressful,i put in a total of seventy hours a week sometimes more .i get 4 hours or less of sleep ,well i went to the doctor cause i ve been having these really bad pains on my side and in my back i also get chest pains and tingle /numbness in my fingers toes and legs i also get really bad migrianes! the doctor said he couldnt find anything and now he sending me to an internal medicine doctor ,i just dont know if its a waste of time,i did find out i have asmtha! maybe somebody could give me some advice!!

I've had the same best friend for a long time. For 5 yrs We have always been really close and joked a lot. Usually you can find one of us at each others house. But now we're spending less and less time together. i miss having lots of fun Everytime I call and she's doing something with someone else I get mad and jelous. I know its wrong and I feel really bad that I feel this way. I almost want to find a new best friend but there is no one that can understand me or get along with me as much as she does. Here's the 2nd problem: She's met a new best friend, or her best guy friend as she says. She can't go 5 mins without mentioning him. I am really jelous of how they get along like we used to. Everytime they have a fight and she looks to me for advice she ends up saying, You wouldn't understand. I have friends and I want to understand. But as she says they have a special relationship that no one understands.
I need advice, I can't ask her, She gets mad if i bring it up at all. HELP!

i have two sisters.one lives in texas and is in college me and her wer never best of friends but we got along.on the other hand my other sister is leaving for college in a month and a half.she is my best friend as always has been me and her talk hours on end about EVERYTHING.me and her hav almost the best friendship relationship there is.when she leaves i will b a single child and i have no problem with all my other friends but there just not the same as my sis.anyone going thru this or has gone thru this culd u plz tell me its all gonna b ok...or just even the truth maybe?

if your friend gave you a game for your birthday but you never got around to using it so now it sits on the self unused, gathering dust. your friend is now over and sees the game. You had lied and said that you played the game and enjoyed it. Now your friend wants to play it with you, only one problem, you have no clue how to play. You:

a) tell him/her the truth finally, that you never played the game
b) make up a new set of rules that sound convincing enough
c) you destract your friend and go to a different room, pretending you didnt hear the suggestion
d) "Who wants to go swimming??"
e) just say no
f) something else....

Should I return a phone call of an ex boyfriend who still has feeling for me. My best friend, it seems like, is so much better than me! When ever I say anything only SLIGHTLY wrong, she corrects me with the precise answer. She's better at sports than me, too. Whenever I start a new activity, she does it too, and proves that she's better than me at it. We've been best friends ever since the first grade! HELP!!!

I have an old friend of mine ,and back in the day we use to hang out. I always new that he had some type of feelings for me and I as well for him.but we never let each other know how we felt.so I met this guy im with and now Im having his baby. he knows my friend and he does not like him at all. but i always kept my friendship with him. he has just asked me if i would like to go out and have dinner with him as friends but if i go i feel like if im failing the realationship if i go with him.should i go or not????????

my parents are divorced, so, i just moved to iowa state to help my mom out. She is in a bad marriage and I am trying to help her out of a bad situation. My step dad treats her like ****, but she wont leave him.But anyways two days after I got here my dad,whom lives in pennsylvania, was in a horrible motorcycle accident. He completely tore his aorta and had to go through an 8 hour surgury. The doctor said most people with that injury never make it. I really think i should move back home to be with my dad but know my mom needs help too. What should i do?
